Topic 3: Tips and traps for waste management procurement - Ren Niemann, Partner
In this session, Ren will provide insights as to the models to structure your procurement, sustainability in procurement generally and how to ensure the best performance of your waste services contractors. The tips and traps covered will help deliver a successful waste services outcome.
