One year on – what does the NSW Security of Payment legislation look like now?

It has been almost one year since the much anticipated Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Amendment Act 2018 (NSW) (Amending Act) came into effect.
This webinar will explore what impact these changes have had thus far to the construction industry. Partners Daniel Vicano and Alex Whiteside will provide insights on how they have seen the Amending Act and various regulations influence the commercial terms of construction contracts, as well as the administration of contracts during the delivery phase.
