ESG and Equator Principles 4 - Are you ready?
Webinar | On-Demand
Equator Principles 4 (EP4), the enhanced requirements for environmental and social risk assessments and risk management for project finance, comes into effect on 1 October 2020. Understanding the changes to the Equator Principles will be critical for both financial institutions that have signed up to the Equator Principles, as well as Australian projects financed by those financial institutions. These new principles add to the increasing importance and complexity of managing environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and community expectations.

As sole legal counsel to the Equator Principles Association for the review of the EP4, we are uniquely positioned to provide insight on the new EP4 requirements, and practical implications, in the areas of human rights, climate change, impact on First Nations groups and biodiversity. In this webinar, our experts discuss the potential impact on Australian businesses.

The Equator Principles apply globally across all industry sectors. Legal, risk and compliance teams, lenders, major resources and infrastructure project sponsors, sustainability, environmental and social risk managers, and all those who deal with ESG portfolios will find this an invaluable seminar.
