Catching up on contamination - There is PFAS news
On demand podcast

The PFAS National Environmental Management Plan (NEMP) represents the nationally developed guidance for the management of PFAS in Australia. In this latest series of Catching up on contamination, Elizabeth Wild, Partner and Sarah Mansfield, Special Counsel, discuss the proposed new version of the NEMP, being NEMP 3.0, which has been released for public consultation.

They explore the new sections in NEMP 3.0 and its implications for the contaminated land industry, and for resource recovery, biosolids and construction activities. For more information, including on how to make a submission on NEMP 3.0, click here.
