Since our last episode on Dr Cathy Wilkinson’s Independent Review of the NSW Resource Recovery Framework, the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) has released its response to that review.

In this instalment of the Environment and Planning podcast series, Partner, Elizabeth Wild and Special Counsel, Sarah Mansfield, are joined by the Chief Executive Officer of the NSW EPA, Tony Chappel, who discusses the EPA’s response and offers some insights as to the future for resource recovery in NSW.
