How can we deal with difficult issues of procedure and expert evidence in arbitration?
A mock demonstration and discussion forum.
Melbourne, VIC | Thursday, 10 November 2022 at 4:30pm AEDT

This “mock” arbitration and panel discussion will see barristers, solicitors and expert witnesses experienced in arbitral proceedings use a fictitious dispute to demonstrate potential issues that may arise in procedure and expert evidence, including: contract cooling off periods, rules of evidence, disclosure issues, the presentation and reception of expert evidence. Attendees will leave with options and takeaways garnered from recent awards in the Asia Pacific.
